A six-week workshop that gives people with any ongoing or long-term health condition
and/or their caregivers the knowledge, skills and confidence to take a more active role in their health care.
During the workshop you will learn:
• How to manage your symptoms;
• Exercises for maintaining and improving strength and endurance
• Healthy eating
• Working more effectively with health care providers
• Preventing or delaying complications
