Youth Development Programs

Safe and Sure
Children learn how to make safe decisions in all kinds of difficult situations. The objective of this program is to help young children gain self-confidence and assertiveness skills to navigate the increasing independence they are given. Through story boards, role plays, and discussion, the children learn how to keep themselves healthy and safe.
Count On Me Kids
Children learn the tools they will need to become confident and self-reliant. This program is designed to help students increase their self-esteem, gain knowledge about healthy lifestyles, improve social skills, and effectively overcome negative peer pressure by navigating interactions with others in positive ways.
Caution Without Fear
Children learn to make the safest decisions for themselves by utilizing our tool of, “stop, think, and go.” The objectives of this program are to help children develop social and emotional skills that allow them to interact with different people and situations in a safe way. Positive self-esteem, empathy, coping skills, and goal setting are important skills instilled through this program.
