Leadership Workshop

In Partnership With

United Way of Greater Mercer County is proud to partner with Deloitte to present a meaningful, no-cost half day workshop that will explore Business Chemistry: Using Science to Improve the Art of Relationships.

During this session, we will explore Business Chemistry, an approach to strengthening teams and enhancing business relationships. The tool identifies four different personality types, each characterized by a stable pattern of behaviors and preferences in the workplace. Understanding similarities and difference enables individuals and teams to flex in order to better accomodate different styles.

Join your peers, executive directors, senior leadership, managers and board members of non-profit organizations for this interactive and informative workshop, presented by Deloitte leaders.

BUSINESS CHEMISTRY: Using Science to Improve the Art of Relationships

Business Chemistry draws upon the latest analytics technologies to reveal four scientifically based patterns of behavior. The system is designed to provide insights about individuals and teams based on observable traits and preferences.

Everyone is a unique combination of all four patterns, but most people strongly associate with one or two patterns that characterize their business behaviors.

Business Chemistry Questions help you to develop hypotheses about the styles and preferences of other individuals based on observable traits and behaviors. This 'hunch' can help refine your approach with others and increase the effectiveness of your interactions.
