Make crucial healthcare accessible: covers a round-trip rideshare for someone to attend a vital medical appointment. - $ 50.00

Ignite curiosity in young minds: provides three elementary students with educational kits packed with books and creative activities to foster a love of reading, science, art, and math. - $ 75.00

Guarantee a year of consistent nutrition: supports bi-weekly home deliveries of pantry staples for a family facing mobility or transportation challenges, ensuring reliable food access. - $ 120.00

Champion future leaders: helps advance the Pathways to Success Scholarship Fund, opening doors for driven high school seniors pursuing college or trade school dreams. - $ 250.00

Support parental wellness: equips 20 parents with vital pre- and post-partum educational resources focused on their physical and mental well-being. - $ 500.00

Expand education access: provides 40 underrepresented or first-generation students with guidance in FAFSA, essay writing, and college admissions, paving the way to higher education. - $ 1,000.00

^For donations to other agencies: A nine percent processing fee not to exceed $250 will be deducted. This agency must have 501(c)(3) tax status and comply with the Patriot Act.

Less than 15 percent of all donations cover standard indirect costs related to management and fundraising efforts. This amount is well within the normal range recommended and monitored by charity watchdog organizations. All organizations receiving funds from the United Way of Greater Mercer County are required to be in compliance with the USA Patriot Act. United Way of Greater Mercer County will retain funds designated to agencies failing to meet compliance requirements for use in funding human service needs in the community.
