An award-winning communicator, Rebecca Kelly’s career in public relations and marketing spans nearly three decades. A graduate in Communications from TCNJ, she began her career in PR at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, and next served as the Public Information Officer as a Public Information Officer for the New Jersey Legislature. For five years, she worked for the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians as their Director of PR, where she led an aggressive media campaign resulting in more than 40 television local and national news segments -- a first for the industry. 

After serving as President for over 8 years of her own boutique public relations agency, in 2016, Rebecca assumed her current role at Capital Health in which she heads their Community Relations initiatives. As the public face of Capital Health, she is a member of six business associations and chambers, and serves on several executive committees, including as a current Board Member of the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Chair of their Marketing Committee. Additionally, Rebecca is beginning her fourth year as Chair of the Princeton-Mercer Regional Chamber’s Healthcare Symposium and is a past recipient of their Fred Young Champion of Business Award. 

Rebecca is recognized for her work toward helping increase and establish Capital Health’s presence in new and creative ways as the organization continues to successfully grow its footprint throughout the region.
